Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your booking of a discovery call. The website and services are operated by [Legal Entity Name], with its address at [Business Address], [City, State ZIP], United States, operating the AI-Sentinel service ("AI-Sentinel", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do

AI-Sentinel is a deterministic AI-security product that sits between your applications and AI models to catch attacks such as prompt injection, data exfiltration, and model poisoning. This website lets you learn about AI-Sentinel and book a free discovery call to see whether it is a fit for your business. The website itself does not sell the product; any paid use of AI-Sentinel is provided under a separate engagement agreement.

3. Eligibility

AI-Sentinel is intended for businesses that use or are deploying AI, with approximately $1M or more in annual revenue, and the discovery call is intended for owners, founders, or decision-makers. Booking a call does not guarantee that we will offer to work with you. We may decline to proceed at our discretion.

4. Booking a discovery call

When you book a discovery call, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time. Bookings are handled by our third-party scheduling provider. We may reschedule or cancel a call where reasonably necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Paid engagements

If you choose to proceed with a paid AI-Sentinel engagement, the full scope, fees, timeline, and terms will be set out in a separate engagement agreement, which prevails over any summary on this website. Any evaluation or trial terms, such as testing on your own traffic before you commit, will be described in that agreement.

6. No guarantee of results

Any figures, statistics, case results, or examples shown on this website (including third-party breach statistics and coverage claims) describe past or industry-wide outcomes. They are not promises or guarantees of the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on your business, your systems, and your implementation. We do not guarantee any specific result beyond the terms described in the engagement agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and the AI-Sentinel methodology and technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission. Anything provided under a paid engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

9. Third-party services and links

The website uses and links to third-party services for scheduling, video playback, analytics, and advertising. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws that apply to you, where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date shown above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State]. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence.
